Bespoke French Lessons is a collective of top-flight private French teachers who offer ultra-personalized lessons with tailor-made follow-up.

If you have specific needs, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your expectations and provide you with all the help you need.

Payments and cancellations

We have very limited availability and prepare our courses in advance. To book a private lesson, you need to pay the full amount in advance. A trial lesson is always possible.

Once you've paid the invoice, we'll put you in direct contact with the private teacher who matches your profile and needs. This teacher will follow you throughout your learning process. He or she will be your privileged teaching contact.

You can pay by bank transfer or cash.
 

Each lesson is highly personalized and cannot be exchanged with anyone else.
 

Contract Duration

Each contract sets out the terms and conditions of the French course, including start and end dates, fees and timetables. All contracts expire four months after the date of the first lesson, except where the contract expressly provides for a different period. Lessons are non-refundable, except in the case of major accidents.

Bespoke reserves the right to cancel a course, to offer alternative dates or locations, and to modify the terms and conditions of the course if necessary.

Course cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of a French course by a student is accepted without penalty if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If the cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours in advance, the student will be billed at the normal rate.

 

Punctuality

If your teacher is late for a lesson, the time lost will be added to the end of the lesson or to the next lesson. If you are late, your teacher will wait for you for 20 minutes from the scheduled start time. We will try to contact you, but if you have not arrived within this time, the lesson will be missed and unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Course fees

Private French lessons are sometimes held in cafés, museums and other venues around Paris. If this is the case, the student pays his or her own expenses and those of the teacher.
 

Limitation of liability

The student releases Bespoke It's contractors from any liability resulting from injury sustained during the French course.

Confidentiality policy

We keep confidential any personal information you provide to us when using our website, including your name, e-mail address/postal address and telephone number. We use your personal information for purposes related and relevant to your French lessons.
